By accessing or using Create Your Lessons, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Create Your Lessons provides AI-powered lesson plan generation tools for educators. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Payments are processed via Stripe. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable local laws.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you input into the service. However, you grant us a license to use that content purely to provide the lesson generation service to you. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should be reviewed for accuracy by the educator.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Create Your Lessons be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
